Ann Mah is not just a journalist,  but also a foodie and a Francophile.  So when her husband took an assignment in Paris, France she thought she had won the lottery.  However, soon, he was reassigned again and she was left alone to make a home in France.

Mah used this time to travel around to various regions of France learning each their culinary specialty.  This book is the outcome of her travelling…part memoir, part food journal and perfect if you enjoy French culture and/or good food!
