
We were gifted a couple tiny bottles of presecco over the holidays, so I decided a bubbly drink was in order. From page 188 of our Ultimat Bar Book, I bring you the Juniper Royale.
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice (I used Cran-Rasp)
- Dash of grenadine
- 6 oz bottle of chilled bubbly
Shake the 1st four ingredients, split between two champagne flutes and top off with champagne or prosecco. Tasty!
