If you like a twisty thriller – pick this one up!
The Premise: Amelia and Adam win a weekend get-away to Scotland. Since their marriage is on the rocks, they see this as an opportunity to reconnect, but nothing is as it seems. Their accommodations are not what they expected; instead of a quaint cottage, they find themselves in a creepy converted chapel that is dusty and clearly unused…except for the bedroom, which creepily looks a lot like their bedroom at home. The place is creepy and we realize that neither Amelia or Adam really trusts the other.
I can’t say much more without giving away some surprises that are best left to be discovered in the pages. A cold winter night is the perfect time to snuggle in with this story!
