This is a dark book that pulls on your heart strings.  It’s not for everyone, but if you like dark and magical (on the brink of fantasy), you might want to give this one a try.  Of course, if you aren’t sure, you can still give it a try.  Worst case you just set it aside if you decide it’s not your thing.
